THE EVENT

The Azerbaijan Women in IT Awards (AWITA) – is an annual event, a day set aside to celebrate the achievements of women in the industry and support diversity in tech.

Our mission is to feature Role models and inspire the next generation of the diverse tech workforce.

The initiative is founded and leading by the Public Association “Femmes Digitales”. Femmes Digitales is a 100% volunteer-based organization.

THE JUDGING COMMITTEE for 2023

The judging committee consists of well-known Public figures and TOP influencers from TECH industry, voting for the winner in each category among all shortlisted nominees.
