Sayyara is a dynamic and dedicated professional with a 10-year career, including a six-year background in marketing and communications within the mobile digital signature technology sector. Her professional journey began with a three-year tenure as a Business Development Manager at leading construction companies in Korea and Turkey.
Since 2018, Sayyara has been serving as the Secretary-General at the Femmes Digitales Public Union. Passionate about empowering women in technology, she has spearheaded a variety of groundbreaking projects. These include the prestigious Azerbaijani Women in IT Award (AWITA) in 2023 and 2018, as well as innovative StarTech regional trainings, conferences, and a mentorship program that have had a profound impact.
Sayyara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with a minor in Management of Science, and a Techno-MBA from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). She is also a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®️).
