Aysel has 10+ years of experience in IT and innovations in both public and private sectors, focusing on advanced application of cutting-edge IT solutions. Currently, she is responsible for the progressive development of Microsoft and other Cybersecurity products in one of the leading international software distributors in Azerbaijan.
She obtained her 1st master’s degree in Marketing focusing on the Management of Economic Resources at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). She held her 2nd master’s in Strategic Management (MPM) from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management in 2017.
Since 2018, Aysel has been actively working as an expert consultant specializing in innovation development for various projects, including those undertaken by the Azerbaijan Women’s Entrepreneurship Development Association, the Science and Technology Policy Institute of the Republic of Korea (STEPI), ASAN Innovation Center LLC, and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Moreover, in 2018 – 2022 she lectured on Innovation Risk Management as an adjunct lecturer of MBA Programs of UNEC Business School, Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
