At the root of the problem lies perception and this is despite women enjoying and thriving in tech roles just as much as their male counterparts. This is where the AWITA come in. We aim to shine the spotlight on all the women that are pioneering and making a name for themselves in the world of tech.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We hope that not only will this bolster opportunities for women, but it will also inspire other young women to get involved and realize that they too can enjoy a dynamic, exciting and innovative career in technology.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">By awarding those, who pave the path for more female presence in tech, we want to help women realize their potential and turn their career dreams into real life-goals. And at the same time show them that everyone is welcome!<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">MISSION<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> for these awards is to raise awareness and promote the importance of Women in Tech.
