Azerbaijan, attended the Award ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The Ambassador of the United States of America, Mr. Cekuta, his spouse, local statesmen and government officials such as the Deputy Minister of Communications and High Technologies, Elmir Velizade, the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children of Azerbaijan, Sadaget Gahramanova, Azerbaijan MP Tahir Mirkishili and
