An interactive session on “Living with Intelligence: AI in Life & Work” was organized jointly by the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SİM) under the Ministry of Economy and the “Femmes Digitales – Supporting Women in Tech” Public Union on June 21st, 2025, at Sheraton Intourist Hotel.
According to AZƏRTAC, the meeting aimed to discuss the development of Science and Industry 4.0, explore the practical opportunities of AI in everyday life and work, and create a platform for knowledge exchange. The event brought together nearly 30 women from academia, government, and various private-sector fields.
Sayyara Huseynova, Secretary General of Femmes Digitales, and Khayala Fatullayeva, Head of the Digital Economy Department at 4SİM, emphasized the importance of such gatherings in the digital transformation era for women professionals to enhance their skills and build networks. They highlighted that artificial intelligence is not only a technological but also a social transformation tool, and the active participation of women leaders plays a vital role in shaping the future and increasing the efficiency of ongoing initiatives.
Niall McNulty, Head of Product for the Future of Education at the University of Cambridge, delivered a presentation demonstrating practical examples of effective AI usage in daily tasks and specific tools. He stressed how AI simplifies research, analytics, and content production, ultimately improving decision-making quality for entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Umid Salay, an AI specialist at the local marketing company Trenders, explained that AI is not just a tool but acts as a “thinking partner” in creative and analytical processes. He underscored the importance of Prompt Engineering techniques, noting that well-crafted prompts are key to obtaining high-quality outputs from AI. In his presentation, he also discussed AI development stages, AI agent creation, generative AI tools and their applications, along with real-life case studies and practical examples.
During the session, the speakers also addressed participants’ questions, fostering an interactive and collaborative environment.
